Job Description Job Description We are looking for a
detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in
Howell, Michigan. This Contract to permanent position offers an
exciting opportunity to manage financial operations with precision
and efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in cash handling,
account research, and ensuring timely deposits while maintaining
strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Process and
record daily deposits, managing between 5 to 15 transactions with
accuracy. • Conduct thorough research on past-due accounts to
resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. • Handle cash
operations and oversee business-related cash activities with
attention to detail. • Collaborate with account managers and staff
accountants to streamline accounts payable and receivable
processes. • Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate
financial records and support billing functions. • Prepare and
reconcile accounts using Microsoft Excel to ensure accurate
reporting. • Operate within ServiceTitan CRM to manage customer
accounts and related data. • Work on-site five days a week,
adhering to a consistent schedule of either 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to
5 PM. • Provide exceptional support in collections, focusing on
commercial accounts. • Maintain a problem-solving approach to
address financial and operational challenges effectively.• Proven
experience in accounts receivable processes, including cash
applications and billing functions. • Strong proficiency in
QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with
ServiceTitan CRM or similar customer management systems. •
Demonstrated ability to research and resolve past-due accounts
efficiently. • Expertise in handling cash operations and managing
financial transactions. • Excellent organizational skills and
attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while
collaborating effectively with team members. • Availability to work
on-site, adhering to designated hours.
