Job Description About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with 5–10 years of proven experience in commercial and government building construction projects. This position plays a vital role in delivering accurate estimates, managing bids, and supporting our leadership team in winning and executing projects. Their work focuses on hospitals, state and federal government facilities, and other large-scale commercial projects. (not home construction) The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial, healthcare, and government construction projects. Review drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare competitive bids. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure cost-effectiveness. Track market conditions, labor, and material pricing trends to maintain competitive estimates. Support the preparation of bid documents, proposals, and presentations for clients. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for public projects. Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience as an estimator in commercial and/or government construction. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and materials. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with hospital projects and state/federal buildings strongly preferred. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary $85,000 – $110,000 , based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package.
