Job Description*3 openings for 3 different locations! Candidates must reside in one of the following locations to be considered:-Memphis, TN/North MS (Southaven, Olive Branch, etc.)-Hattiesburg, MS-Mobile, AL/Pensacola, FLResponsible for the physical installation, testing, & troubleshooting of VoIP equipment as well as current network equipment and the corporate IP phone network. Must be proficient in VoIPand TDM voice services.Work with customers to resolve any troubles and be proactive in trying to eliminate outages.Work with customers, vendors and other companies to test new products. It is important to note that this work could require this person to fit in smaller spaces, lift equipment up to 50 lbs., etc. The Technician will be based in their local markets, providing onsite support for customers in that area and working from home when not onsite with customers.
