TeamHealth has an exciting opportunity for an emergency medicine physician to join our team at Baptist Memorial Hospital - DeSoto. Come join a team of young, energetic emergency medicine (EM) physicians! Baptist Memorial DeSoto in Southaven, Mississippi, is a growing hospital and community. Quality candidates need to be board eligible in emergency medicine or board certified - ABEM/AOBEM. Compensation

• The physician target rate is $260 per hour, made up of a base rate of $210 per hour for days and $220 per hour for nights plus RVU and hourly quality incentive.
• 1099
• Malpractice coverage with tail Schedule
  • Flexible scheduling. 120 hours per month, shifts range from 9 hours to 10 hours
  • Double Coverage at minimum
  • Doc coverage 56 hours/day
  • Mid Level Provider coverage 41 hours/day Position Highlights:
    • Emergency department volume of 58,000-60,000
    • EMR is EPIC

    • The admission rate of 20%
