Job Description:
Provides supervised patient care in a clinical setting,
following established standards and practices.
Performs basic duties such as obtaining vital signs, weighing
patients, collecting specimens, and assisting with examinations and
procedures.
Supports providers with patient flow, answering phones, scheduling
tests, documenting information, and assisting with medication
refills.
Administers medications/immunizations per provider orders,
cleans/restocks exam rooms, and maintains equipment using sterile
techniques.
Performs clerical tasks like locating charts, filing, and
completing forms.
Attends required meetings and training, and performs other assigned
duties.
Requirements include a state LVN license or compact license, BLS
certification, and competency in lab procedures. This is a
full-time position focused on delivering quality patient care.
