Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Active RN license in the state or compact license Certifications: BLS preferred, Cerner experience preferred Must-Have: Level I Trauma experience required Large hospital experience preferred Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. First-time travelers will not be accepted for this position. On-call work may be required as needed. Weekend shifts will be required every other weekend. Block schedules are not available; however, weekend block may be considered. Candidates must live outside of a 100-mile radius of the facility. Pending licenses will not be accepted; all candidates must be in compliance with NLC guidelines. All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission. During end-of-year holidays, candidates must be willing to work two out of the three holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s) if they fall within the assignment. RNs may be floated to similar units and locations within a 20-mile radius. All candidates must have completed at least one previous travel assignment. Candidates with certifications that will expire during the assignment must have a renewal plan clearly listed. Vaccination status must be included with submission.
