GSD Search is seeking a travel Clinic Physical Therapist for a travel job in Bolivar, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:Physical Therapist - Discipline:Therapy - Start Date:ASAP - Duration:13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:8 hours, days - Employment Type:Travel Clinic: Bolivar, TN Hours: 40 Hours with Flexible shifts: Four 10's, Five 8's, Four 9's One 4, etc.) Volume: 10-11 patients per day (60 min appoint slots, may be double booked 2-3 x a day) Case load: post surgical, acute injuries, low chronic pain Staff: 5 clinicians, technician and front desk Documentation system: Raintree Opportunity to extend or convert to full time if interested.
