Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Martin, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,426 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified OR RN in Martin, Tennessee, 38237! Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: February 2, 2026 Location: Martin, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with rotating on-call coverage approximately 10 days per month including weekends Highlights: Diverse surgical case mix including C-sections, laparoscopic procedures, orthopedic cases, and pain management procedures Epic EMR system with Stryker surgicount technology for efficient surgical documentation Structured on-call rotation: every third weekend with alternating weekday coverage, followed by a week off-call Daily census of approximately 4 patients across 3 operating rooms 16-hour orientation period with opportunities for two pre-approved time-off requests Float opportunities to same-day surgery unit for expanded clinical experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required PACU experience strongly preferred Current Tennessee state license or active Compact license required at time of submission Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIH, and PALS certifications required Epic charting experience within the last 12 months required and must be documented on profile Competency exam for Epic required with passing score Experience with surgical cases including laparoscopic procedures, C-sections, hernia repairs, orthopedic cases, and pain management procedures Familiarity with Bovie electrosurgical units and laparoscopic tower equipment COVID-19 vaccination required with medical or religious exemptions considered; flu vaccine required with no exemptions Ability to meet facility fit-test requirements Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse surgical caseload in a supportive environment serving patients across all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics.
