Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a
qualified Stepdown RN in Memphis, Tennessee, 37501! The Step-Down
Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality care to patients
requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments, often
transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical settings. The
RN ensures timely interventions, collaborates with
multidisciplinary teams, and delivers compassionate care to promote

Minimum 2 years of Step-Down or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
experience required. 1 completed travel assignment preferred.
Licensure: Active Tennessee RN license or Compact License required.
Education: ADN accepted; BSN preferred for some units (Le Bonheur,
Rheumatology, Float Pool). Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA
required). Additional specialty certifications preferred. Benefits
