Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Cordova, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,215 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Cordova, Tennessee, 38016! Job Title: Registered Nurse I Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year of Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year of Hospice Experience. License: Must have a valid nursing license in hand. Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Proficient in OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase, with recent experience within the last 6 months. Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles for patient visits. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. Comfortable completing all documentation within 24 hours of patient appointments. Open to on-call rotations as required. Description: Provides and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physician's orders. Implements care based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible to the Clinical Manager. Directly supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Conducts home visits and attends periodic office meetings. Average number of patients per day is 5 to 10, equating to 6 to 8 points. Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, Follow-Up Visits, and others. Documentation must be timely and should not be delayed to avoid impacts on billing and patient care. Declining patients may result in cancellation of the contract. Travel may include drives longer than 20 minutes between patients. No guaranteed hours with this contract; productivity points must be met weekly.
