Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Martin, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,038 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Tennessee Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Martin, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM; flexibility to pick up a fourth shift every other week as needed Highlights: Med/Surg Telemetry unit with 20 beds and average daily census of 18 patients 6:1 patient ratio across all shifts with interdisciplinary team support including Rapid Response, Pharmacy, and Lift Teams Epic EMR system; recent experience within the last 12 months required 36 hours of orientation provided; opportunity for one pre-approved time off period Locals and first-time travelers welcome at the same competitive rate Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, Respiratory Services, Radiology, and Social Services Requirements: Active Tennessee or Compact state RN license required at submission Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience required; 2 years preferred Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Epic charting experience within the last 12 months required and must pass competency exam Clinical skills including telemetry interpretation, dysrhythmia management, IV insulin protocols, cardiac drip management, and post-MI care Experience with PCA pumps, procedural sedation monitoring, BiPAP/CPAP management, and high flow nasal cannula COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only); Flu vaccination required with no exemptions Willingness to float as needed; professional references required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This Med/Surg Telemetry position offers the chance to work with a diverse adult and geriatric patient population in a supportive environment with robust interdisciplinary resources.
