Job Description:
Fast Pace Health is looking for a dedicated and skilled Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Primary
Care Provider. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront
of our effort to deliver top-notch medical services to underserved
communities. We offer a comprehensive approach to healthcare,
combining urgent, primary, and specialty care to optimize patient
outcomes. You will work closely with a team of healthcare
professionals to ensure that all patients receive personalized and
accessible care, in accordance with our commitment to affordability
and excellence. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to
establish accurate diagnosis and management plans. Prescribe
medication and treatment plans while managing follow-up care.
Collaborate with primary care teams to deliver integrative
approaches to healthcare. Provide education and guidance to
patients and their families regarding conditions and treatments.
Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with
established standards and regulatory compliance. Participate in
continuous quality improvement activities to enhance service
delivery. Strong diagnostic abilities Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Capability to perform under pressure in a
fast-paced environment Proficiency with medical software and
electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current valid state licensure as a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Certification from the
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or National
Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Basic
Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certification.
