Job Description:
Fast Pace Health, dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes
through accessible and affordable healthcare, is seeking a Primary
Care Provider, either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician
Assistant (PA), to join our dynamic team. This position will
provide crucial primary healthcare services with a focus on
preventive care and patient education in medically underserved
areas. The successful candidate will work closely with a
collaborative healthcare team to deliver integrated care to promote
overall patient wellness. Conduct comprehensive patient
evaluations, including gathering medical histories, conducting
physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests. Develop and
manage treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and
ongoing evaluation. Prescribe medications and treatments in
compliance with medical guidelines and regulatory policies. Educate
patients on preventive care, disease management, and lifestyle
modifications. Collaborate with healthcare team to provide
continuous care and management of chronic conditions. Maintain
patient records with accuracy, ensuring privacy and compliance with
state and federal laws. Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in
using medical tools and equipment. Effective communication skills
for interacting with diverse patient populations and healthcare
staff. Ability to manage a significant patient load while
maintaining a high standard of care. Proficiency in electronic
health record (EHR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant in the state of practice. Board certified by
either the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the
National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
(NCCPA). Current CPR certification is required.
