Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Jackson, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,206 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Jackson, Tennessee, 38305! Job Title: Registered Nurse I Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience depending on the specialty. License: Must have license in hand. Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: - Recent specialty experience required. - Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS. - Must have a vehicle, driver's license, and auto insurance. - Must be comfortable with travel up to 75 miles from the assigned care center. Description: Provides coordinated and directed home nursing care according to physician's orders. Responsible for the competent application of the nursing process. Supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Must be willing to travel for home visits and attend periodic office meetings. Each assigned day will include 5-10 patient visits, equating to roughly 6-8 points. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the patient appointment. Must accept all patients on the schedule regardless of distance from the previous appointment. No guaranteed hours are provided. Weekly productivity points of 30 are expected, corresponding to approximately 40 hours per week. All overtime must be pre-approved. If patient volume is low, there may be opportunities to float to nearby locations. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Proficiency in OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase must be maintained through compliance. All travelers must have used these systems within the last 6 months or complete retraining.
