Description 339 Beds Open ICU 7-on;7-off scheduling Coverage Model:
Day: 8 Physicians and 3 NPPAs (7a-7p) Swing: 1 Physician
(Noon-Midnight?time may vary depending on patient volume) Night: 2
Physicians (7p-7a); 1 NPPA (7p-7a) HM Physicians respond to Codes
and RRTs No procedures required EMR: EPIC Physicians: Must be BE or
BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Facility Information
Education/Training: Must have completed a residency in IM or FM
Clinical Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience
in the requested specialty. License: Active unrestricted MS medical
license and DEA w/ MS address & Schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4 & 5 Board
Certification: Board certified in internal Medicine or Family
Medicine Merit Badge: ACLS Required Immunizations: Flu vaccine:
Must be within the same year | Covid Case Log: Documentation of
case logs for the past 2 years. CME/CEU: Proof of CME's for the
past 2 years. Specific Facility Procedures: No procedures
performed. Malpractice Coverage: $1M/$3M Additional Details: N/A
