Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Jackson, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,038 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Jackson, Tennessee, 38301! Job Opportunity – Med Surg/Telemetry RN – Tennessee Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Jackson, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM; no on-call required; may float to other Med Surg/Tele units or low-acuity ICU Highlights: Fast-paced Med Surg/Telemetry floor with 36-bed daily census and 5:1 patient ratio 36 hours of orientation provided to support your transition Epic EMR system in use – recent experience required Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid response teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and lift teams Work with diverse adult and geriatric patient populations with varied acuities 16 weekend shifts over the contract period (4 per 4-week schedule) Requirements: Active Tennessee or Compact RN license required at time of submission Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required; travel experience preferred Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months required and must be detailed on profile; competency exam will be administered Demonstrated skills in telemetry monitoring, cardiac care, post-surgical care, wound management, IV therapy, and respiratory support Charge nurse experience and community hospital experience preferred COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only); flu vaccination required with no exemptions Must be able to pass fit testing; facial hair restrictions apply Why It's a Great Opportunity: This high-volume Med Surg/Telemetry position offers the chance to expand your clinical expertise while working alongside a robust support network of specialists and ancillary teams.
