Job Description:

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing compassionate, patient-centric rehabilitation care at our state-of-the-art facilities. As an LPN at Encompass Health, you will play a crucial role in our interdisciplinary healthcare team, contributing to our mission of setting the standard for comprehensive, integrated healthcare services. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate health records. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and evaluate customized care plans. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care. Assist in the response to medical emergencies within the facility. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong observational and documentation abilities Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team Proficient in using medical software for patient care management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN licensure in the state of employment CPR/BLS certification IV certification preferred
