Job Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Encompass Health, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients in a post-acute care setting. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide instant medical care in emergencies Assist with the rehabilitation and treatment plans set by the healthcare team Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in maintaining accurate health care records Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Capable of handling medical equipment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN license in the state of employment CPR certification
