York, is seeking a board-certified family medicine physician to
join its Olean and Bradford, PA staff* Position Details Full-time
Permanent Employed ECW EMR Both 8 and 10hr shifts available Signing

serve. NHSC Loan Forgiveness Close-knit medical team also includes
four other family medicine physicians (three with surgical
obstetrics fellowship training); one internal medicine physician;
three certified nurse midwives; three nurse practitioners; and
three physician assistants Dynamic model includes one psychologist,
two licensed clinical social workers, three registered nurse care
managers, two registered nurse community health workers, and an
enabling staff. Faculty member and physician advisor to one of the
four University of Buffalo Family Medicine residents who complete
their final two years' of residency at the Olean site. *The ideal
candidate is a team player with demonstrable training in preventive
medicine and quality care* Compensation and Benefits 200-230K

Physicians are expected to be the patient's advocate and a leader
in the clinic, particularly when it comes to decisions involving
care practices and quality outcomes. The best candidate will have
worked in a fast-paced outpatient model as a member of an
integrated team with integrated behavioral health and care
management staff. This physician will work well with staff,
creating a challenging but empowering environment. An ability to
problem solve, work well with others, research and develop best
practices and provide efficient but comprehensive care are
requirements of the position. Location Located in western New York,
Facility serves over 10,000 patients annually through four delivery
sites. Its Olean site is its largest, home to over 7,000 patients.
The region is renowned for its outdoor activities including
camping, cycling, running and swimming in summer and cross-country
skiing and snowmobiling in winter at nearby Allegany State Park and
downhill skiing available at Holiday Valley Ski Resort and HoliMont
in Ellicottville, N.Y. Surrounding the nearby village of Allegany,
N.Y., is a biking trail that connects Olean and Allegany as well as
St. Bonaventure University, a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference.
Entertainment and shopping are also available at the nearby Seneca
Allegany Casino, Seneca Niagara Casino, the Chautauqua Institution,
and many others in the Buffalo, Rochester, Niagara Falls, Erie, and
Syracuse.
