Job Description Florida's Space Coast for OB/GYNs offers a highly competitive package: Compensation : $380,000 base salary plus a production bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes malpractice with tail coverage. Position : Full-time role in an established OB/GYN group. Call Schedule : 1:4 hospital and practice call, with a shared delivery model. Location : Brevard County, situated on Florida's east coast, halfway between Jacksonville and Miami, and about 60 miles east of Orlando. Community : The area boasts highly-rated public schools, ranked 3rd in the state with 98% rated A/B. The Space Coast has a growing population of approximately 600,000, driven by expansions in aerospace, defense, and other industries. Attractions : The region is home to the Kennedy Space Center, Sebastian Inlet State Park, Brevard Zoo, and is close to major theme parks like Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.
