Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment at a Level I Trauma Center. The RN will provide high-quality care to patients with oncology and complex medical-surgical conditions in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care for medical-surgical and oncology patients. - Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered. - Manage patients with complex oncology diagnoses and post-treatment care needs. - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. - Maintain accurate patient documentation according to hospital standards. - Float within scope and assist the care team when required. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of Med Surg RN experience required. - Oncology experience required. - Level I Trauma Center experience required. - Large hospital experience required. - Travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted).
