Registered Nurses to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. Here,

an ICU Registered Nurse , you will provide comprehensive,
specialized care to patients with life-threatening conditions. You
will assess, monitor, and respond rapidly to changes in patient
condition while ensuring dignity, compassion, and clear

in a supportive setting. Requirements Key Responsibilities Deliver
expert-level nursing care to critically ill adult patients. Monitor
and interpret vital signs and complex clinical data (e.g., cardiac
rhythms, ventilator settings). Administer medications, manage IVs,
and perform procedures within RN scope. Coordinate care with
physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare team
members. Document assessments, interventions, and responses in the
EMR accurately and promptly. Respond to emergency situations with
speed and precision, including code blue events. Provide support
and education to patients and families in high-stress situations.
Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required).
Licensure: Current Mississippi RN Licensure or Compact Licensure in
good standing. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; CCRN
preferred (or encouraged after hire) Experience: Minimum of 1 year
of ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred What We Offer:
