Due to continued growth and expansion into the market, we are currently accepting applications for Local Truck Driver CDL A Flatbed Delivery in Iuka, MS.

Compensation - Average annual salary $70,000-$90,000 per year which includes:

• Paid 29% of load, approximately $1,200-$1,800 per week.
• Typically work 45-55 hours per week.
• Safety bonus up to $3,000 per year.
• Equipment breakdown $22.55 per hour.

    • Sunday-Friday or Monday-Saturday, depending on routes.
    • Out and back, 2-3 layovers per week. Home every weekend.
    • Deliveries within 700 mile radius.
    • Approximately 2 stops per day.
    • Must be flexible with work schedule, work schedule may change based on business needs. Responsibilities
      • Route delivery of aluminum and steel products. No unloading.
      • Load securement including strapping and tarping at each stop.
      • Drive CDL A flatbed with sleeper cab; manual and/or automatic transmission.
      • Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
      • Manage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT compliance.
      • Provide excellent customer service.
      • Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
      • Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers. Requirements:
        • Minimum 21 years of age.
        • Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
        • Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.
        • Minimum of 1 year of CDL A flatbed delivery experience required including strapping and tarping.
        • Familiar with Smart Drive or other fleet safety technology.
        • Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses.
        • Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
        • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
        • Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
        • Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical.
        • Be able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds with no assistance.
