Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to
oversee all daily operations of our retail store. This role
requires a strategic leader who can manage people, products, and
processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize
sales performance, and maintain operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail
management, possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills,
and demonstrate the ability to drive team performance in a
fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Sales Performance
Manage all day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency
and profitability
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or
exceed targets
Maintain accurate financial, statistical, and stock records
Oversee stock management, pricing, replenishment, and inventory
control
Ensure all store activities comply with health, safety, and
operational standards
Customer Service & Brand Representation
Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and foster
a positive shopping experience
Address and resolve customer complaints, queries, and feedback
professionally
Build customer trust and promote brand loyalty through service
excellence
Staff Management & Development
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance evaluations
Motivate and engage staff to meet individual and team sales
goals
Develop career growth opportunities and advancement paths for team
members
Administer staff schedules, attendance, and shift planning
Visual Merchandising & Promotions
Coordinate in-store promotional campaigns and seasonal
merchandising displays
Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met
Collaborate with corporate and regional teams on promotions and
sales initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Skills
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and the Microsoft Office
Suite

Educational & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related
field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in retail store management or a supervisory
role
Experience in budget management, merchandising, and team
development
