  • Partner with player rewards department to create email campaigns, digital signage, social media adverts, and other promotional activities
  • Manage marketing communications, implement scheduled promotions, and distribute the materials to the relevant department
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar and note project time-line milestones
  • Plan promotional rules and procedures adhering to state gaming requirements and formats
  • Source, research, and maintain relationships with suitable vendors for promotional inventory and prizesMore about you
    • High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related field preferred
    • Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event planning, preferrably in the casino or hospitality industry required
    • Must be able to obtain a state gaming license
    • Proficiency with Windows products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of Social media platforms
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be requiredPhysical requirementsAbility to stand or walk for extended periods during events.Shift detailsHolidays
