CPM - Fleet average 64 CPM with 2,500 miles/week (loaded & empty) -
Paid on all dispatched miles - loaded & empty - $3,000 Sign-On
Bonus - $3,000 Referral Bonus - Weekly direct deposit - $200
Orientation Pay - Monthly Safety Bonus Premium Equipment - New
premium trucks capable of up to 69 MPH - Assigned trucks - no slip
