About the Role Receving area continues to grow with more incoming
shipments every day. Need someone to organize and delegate in this
area. The lead in Shipping can no longer perform those duties in
both areas. What You’ll Do Responsible for supporting all Receiving
functions which include timely receiving of incoming shipments,
unloading, breaking down, validating counts. Ensures proper
organization to facilitate easy retrieval Performs visual
inspection for damage and defects Keeps detailed records of
material transactions Updates inventory systems. Ensures receiving
team completes and carries out these duties effectively and in a
timely manner. This position will work closely under the direct
supervision of the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. The ideal
candidate is an exceptional communicator who is able to give and
take constructive feedback, effectively collaborate with coworkers,
and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment while
demonstrating a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal
skills. Additional Expectations Remain compliant with the Code of
Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance
Policy. Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are
adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws,
Regulations, and market demands. Responsible for all tasks to
achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management
System. Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management
System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the
Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower
service. This role will require working long hours and weekends to
meet production schedules and company activities (i.e.: recording
inventory). What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or GED required.
1 years of lead/supervision. 1 years in shipping/receiving.
Forklift experience. Must be computer literate, including
proficiency with Microsoft Office Products. Must be able to work in
a fast-paced working environment with accuracy and integrity. Able
to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse
workforce. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Must be able to
stand and/or walk, bend, stoop, or crouch for at least an 8-hour
