Job Description We are looking for our next 1st Shift Team
Leader! This individual will play a critical role in training
Machine Operators, helping Operators troubleshoot, filling in
production when needed, holding Operators accountable to production
numbers, managing Operators timecards, annual reviews, disciplinary
reports, etc. We're in the process of transitioning to our new
state of the art facility in LaGrange, KY and are looking for the
perfect fit to grow with us. Leadership experience is required.
