with us! Job Description Position Summary: The Team Lead – Split
case is responsible for coordinating the flow of production orders
through the split case system and supporting areas in an efficient,
organized, and timely manner. This role ensures all production
stages are executed according to safety, quality, and productivity
expectations. The Team Lead serves as a liaison between
departments, communicates priorities, supports team execution, and
maintains oversight of materials and accurate reporting. Key
Responsibilities: Oversee daily execution of production orders in
the area; ensure timely and accurate completion across all stages.
Communicate daily production requirements and align activities with
planning and scheduling teams. Assign and adjust team members’ work
schedules to meet operational goals and changing priorities. Act as
a liaison between operations, planning, quality, warehouse, and
maintenance teams. Run and analyze daily and weekly reports related
to open deliveries, inventory, and shipment statuses. Monitor MRO
inventory, supplies, and printer functionality; submit MRO requests
when reorder thresholds are reached. Support resolution of
supplier-related issues; document quality complaints for damaged or
non-conforming components, including issue description, quantity,
supplier, and detection point. Prepare and maintain all required
production documentation, including work instructions and quality
alerts. Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas;
implement and audit daily 5S/housekeeping plans. Track and report
daily labor hours, productivity, and accuracy metrics; escalate
issues as needed. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and
continuous improvement on the shop floor. Qualifications Education
& Experience High School Diploma or GED required; OR 5 years of
commensurate experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting in
lieu of diploma. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in
Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or
Finance. Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning,
materials management, or team leadership in a warehouse or
manufacturing environment. Technical Skills & Knowledge
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook). Working knowledge of MRP systems (SAP,
JDA/Blue Yonder, or similar WMS systems). Familiarity with ISO
standards, BPS, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen practices. Knowledge
of production planning principles, inventory management, and
material flow. Core Competencies Strong organizational and time
management skills. High attention to detail; capable of identifying
and correcting errors before escalation. Problem-solving ability
with data-driven decision-making approach. Effective communicator
with the ability to influence and collaborate across
cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and
support team members in a high-paced environment. Proactive
mindset; able to manage competing priorities and drive continuous
improvement. Physical & Work Environment Requirements: Regular
standing, walking, lifting, and operating in a
warehouse/manufacturing environment. Ability to work flexible hours
including occasional weekends or overtime based on production

full-time position is $22.11-$26.33 per hour. Within the range,
individual pay is determined based on several factors, including,
but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity
of the role, job location, etc. In addition to your base salary,
