Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a
Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you
will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing
processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to
detail, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will
align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Holly Springs, MS Pay Range: Shift: 1st 8:00a - 4:00pm;
2nd 4:00pm - 12:00am; 3rd 12:00am - 8:00am What's the Job? Monitor
incoming materials, regrind, and compound to ensure proper
processing Perform continuous quality checks by measuring, testing,
and recording data every 30 minutes Package vinyl siding, verifying
nesting, piece count, labels, barcodes, UPC labels, and date stamps
for accuracy Record run number stamps, employee stamps, and box
numbers on all packed boxes Inspect products for visual and
physical defects to maintain 100% quality standards What's Needed?
Mechanical inclination and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment
issues Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform
repetitive quality checks Clear background and Drug Test High
school diploma or equivalent Willingness to work occasional
