MidSouth Pain Treatment Center, LLC is searching for the right
Medical Sales Representative to further develop
our Southaven, MS Territory. The assigned
geography will be in Southaven, MS and will extend to major
surrounding areas such as Hernando, Olive Branch, Holly
Springs as well as parts of NE Arkansas.
We are a busy, fast-growing Interventional pain treatment
practice with locations in Southaven, Oxford and Tupelo
Mississippi, as well as Cordova (Memphis) and Jackson, Tennessee.
We also have three ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) to serve our
patients throughout the region. The ASCs are located in Southaven,
MS, Germantown, TN and Jackson, TN. Our medical professionals and
staff are committed to delivering consistent, superior medical care
to our patients and superb customer service to our referring
providers and their staff.
Our Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for
conducting sales calls with key accounts in the Healthcare
Community to promote our interventional pain treatment therapies
using a consultative selling approach. They will develop and
maintain effective routing and zoning plans for their territory,
develop and implement account specific programs and business plans,
close on referral opportunities and act as strategic agents to the
continued success of MidSouth Pain Treatment Center, LLC.
We offer a full benefits package after the
completion of 30 days of employment. Among other things, the
package includes PTO, Life Insurance, Spouse and Child Insurance,
Cancer Policy, etc. 401K and additional coverage is available for
purchase via pre-tax payroll deduction. The practice provides all
full-time staff with a $50,000 AD&D policy and pays 75% of the
monthly premium for medical coverage.

- You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in
Medical Sales. Preferably in the assigned geography.
- You must live in or within 20 miles of the assigned
- Possess a disciplined and action-oriented approach to selling
and time management.
- Desire to be a leader in understanding our customers and their
needs to drive business and patient satisfaction.
- Be outgoing, upbeat and looking for a career. Not just another

customer base and evaluate sales strategies in consideration of the
ultimate financial impact on the company.
- Demonstrated experience in pre-call planning and identification
of all likely outcomes to address customer concerns. Be familiar
with physician segmentation to understand their motivations.
- Lead sales conversation with HCP's by challenging and
persuading them to change their referral habits. Build agreement at
each point in the sales process and proactively remove
