You will move product throughout the site and the load/unload of materials onto or from vehicles using a forklift, reach-truck, order picker, pallet jack or other heavy material handling equipment.Your ResponsibilitiesManeuver forklifts safely in busy industrial environmentSafely stack and unstack large quantities of goods onto shelves or palletsMove goods from storage areas to loading areas for transportUnload deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areasEnsure that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructionsCheck forklift equipment for faults or damagesUse industrial plastic wraps and wooden pallets to safely stack and package goods for transportKeep up to date on health and safety requirements and forklift operating proceduresConsolidate partial pallets for incoming goodsEnsure health and safety policies comply with OSHA regulationsYour Skills and ExperiencesHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ years of forklift operating experienceWalk or stand for extended periods of timeLift up to 50 poundsGood Reasons to JoinThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
