Then consider joining us as a Forklift Operator at our site in Southaven, MS. #LI-onsite **Your Role** As a Forklift Operator, you will report to a Lead or Supervisor. You will move product throughout the site and the load/unload of materials onto or from vehicles using a forklift, reach-truck, order picker, pallet jack or other heavy material handling equipment. **Your Responsibilities** + Maneuver forklifts safely in busy industrial environment + Safely stack and unstack large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets + Move goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport + Unload deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas + Ensure that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions + Check forklift equipment for faults or damages + Use industrial plastic wraps and wooden pallets to safely stack and package goods for transport + Keep up to date on health and safety requirements and forklift operating procedures + Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods + Ensure health and safety policies comply with OSHA regulations **Your Skills and Experiences** + High school diploma or equivalent + 1+ years of forklift operating experience + Walk or stand for extended periods of time + Lift up to 50 pounds **Good Reasons to Join** There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
