Job Description:
Position Summary The Production Coordinator is responsible for
preparing daily operations paperwork and assisting Operations
Management with administrative and clerical tasks. Essential
functions of this role include creating and updating operating
documents, maintaining operation systems by inputting accurate
production and product records, and any other clerical work
required within Production.
Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create documents, spreadsheets and database objects as needed
Populate OEE with daily scheduling information
Prepare all daily paperwork for production, including area
summaries, batch sheets, SPC papers
Assist CI Manager with TPM/NWT documents
Enter production data and report daily, weekly, monthly metrics as
required
Administer and update the Operations database to ensure information
is accurate and up to date
Ensure product specifications match PV5 and QA documentation
Create/modify Microsoft report objects as needed to compile
information, meet shop floor needs or maintain regulatory
compliance
Support operations meetings by scheduling meetings, conference
rooms, arranging lunch and preparing other tools and resources as
necessary
Support operations management by performing miscellaneous clerical
tasks and assignments
Provide support for hardware and software maintenance for OEE and
DSI computers and workstations
Validate daily manning, paperwork, schedules and attendance points
for accuracy
Identify paperwork errors and contact appropriate leader for
corrections.
Follow all safety guidelines including: good housekeeping,
reporting any unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor or team
leader, immediately report any near miss, injury or accident to
immediate supervisor or team leader
Performs all other work as required by the company

Position Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. Some college coursework
preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.
Working knowledge of JDE DSI, OEE preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to focus on details
required.
Follow all company policies, including: Good Manufacturing
Practices (GMP), Good Sanitation Practices (GSP), Hazard Analysis
Critical Control Point (HACCP), Sanitation Standard Operation
Procedures (SSOP), and policies outlined in the Employee
Handbook.
Strong communication skills (reading, writing and verbal) are
essential to interface with co-workers, Team Leaders and
Managers
Must be willing to work together with co-workers as part of a team;
also, must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no
supervision.
