Role:ContainerPort Group (CPG), a World Group company, is currently
looking for an energetic and self-motivated team player to join our
family as a Fleet Coordinator for our growing terminal in Memphis,
Tennessee!You will be responsible for coordinating transportation
schedules to provide operational efficiencies and strong daily

local customer experience at our trucking terminals. This is
achieved by building and nurturing local relationships at the
warehouses/vendors we serve and support. You will act as the
liaison linking our terminal operations team to our customer facing
team. This is a hands-on, high-execution role that is critical in
positioning our fleet and overall terminal operation for
success.Duties and Responsibilities:Communicating quote rates and
service capabilitiesProcessing orders as they arriveProviding
information on shipment status, anticipated service failures, new
pick-up and delivery times, and alternative solutions if
applicableGathering feedback, identify trends, and bringing new
ideas to improve the customer experienceEntering time-sensitive
order information accurately into computer systemsResponding to
questions and requests as quickly as possible, making every effort
to exceed customer expectationsEnsuring customer location and
contact information is up to date and accurate in computer
systemsPerforming other duties as requestedEducation and
Professional Experience:High School Diploma or GED requiredCollege
Degree preferred1+ year trucking industry experience
preferredHighly organized individual with great communication
skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with heavy
email/phone/messaging volumeComputer skills required: Microsoft
Office Suite, familiarity with Transportation Management
