Job Description Job Description This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands-on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, to include: -preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines -product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants -invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training -build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities -participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
