This position is ideal for a motivated, task-oriented professional who understands Honda service standards, values accuracy, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the service lane experience from write-up through vehicle delivery Accurately document customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repairs Communicate effectively with technicians, parts, and management Ensure repair orders meet Honda and dealership standards Drive CSI , service retention, and first-visit resolution Provide timely updates and set clear customer expectations Maintain organization, follow-up, and workflow discipline REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Honda or Acura service experience preferred but not required. Honda certification or equivalent OEM certification preferred but not required.
