WEDNESDSAY, FEBRUARY 18th, 10a.m-3:00p.m. Contemporary Community
Solution- Jackson Office We are seeking full- time & part-time
experienced, compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals
(DSPs) to support individuals served through the DDA. DSPs play a
critical role in helping individuals with intellectual and
developmental disabilities live fulfilling, safe, and independent
lives. You will provide person-centered support in the home and
community setting while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide direct care and support to
individuals with developmental disabilities in accordance with DDA
requirements and individual support plans. * Assist with daily
living activities, such as: Personal care and hygiene, meal
preparation and feeding, medication administration, light
housekeeping and home organization. * Support individuals with
community integration, social skills, and recreational activities.
* Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and community
events. * Complete accurate documentation, progress notes, and
incident reports. * Ensure health, safety, and well-being of
individuals at all times. * Encourage independence, self-advocacy,
and shill building. * Follow all agency policies and DDA
